  3. A hearing impairment is when some one can hear little or nothing at all. It is caused when there is a problem with parts of the ear. Hearing impairments can be treated. The kind of treatments depend on the type of hearing loss. Hearing aids, and cochlear implants are two examples. People who are deaf can communicate by using sign language. Facial expressions also help.

  4. Hearing Impairments are caused from a problem in one or more ears. Its when you can not hear from one or more ears. A hearing impairment can be fixed using medicines, operations, or just wearing hearing aids. Someone who is deaf can learn to communicate by learning sign language, which is like talking with your hands. Some people can "speechread" which is understanding what someone is saying by watching their mouth, throat, and facial expressions. These are both things someone can learn to do with a little effort. That video is really interesting to watch!

    1) Hearing Impairment is when a person cannot hear on 1 or both ears. It can happen at birth or it can happen later in life. One cause is loud noises can deafen you.

    2) It CAN be treated. Some people use hearing aides so that they can hear. Infact I know someone who is half deaf.

3)People who are deaf learn and communicate by using sign language. Since they cannot hear and people learn to speak by listening to others, they cannot speak. SO they use sign language to communicate and learn with others.
